What is an initial evaluation?
An initial evaluation is where you share with the physical therapist what condition you are seeking physical therapy or rehabilitative services for and what goals you hope to obtain. It involves a comprehensive full-body examination to address significant movement impairments that could be contributing to your limitations and concerns.
