What is PT&E?
PT&E: Physical Therapy and the Essentials is a company designed to provide skilled therapeutic services and wellness to individuals in need. It is designed to bridge the gap between preventive care, post injury, or post surgical care, towards returning to an active lifestyle.
Welcome everyone, I am Patrice Elleston, owner of PT&E -- a charismatic, authentic, empathetic individual who relishes in caring for those in need.
I graduated with a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology from Hampton University and went on to complete my graduate studies at The University of Maryland, Baltimore, receiving my Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

As a practicing, licensed physical therapist, I have dedicated time to expand my skillset by becoming a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist through Nxt Gen Institute and an APTA Credentialed Clinical Instructor. I also embarked on fulfilling travel physical therapy experiences, treating individuals across the country.

While evolving in a thriving, active lifestyle for myself, I created this environment for others to take charge of their physical health by providing individuals the opportunity to choose the type of care they need that best supports their present day lifestyle, thus sparking PT&E.
